Overview
This policy applies to Scrooge Ad's paid advertising products.
Scrooge Ad advertisers are responsible for their Ads. This means complying with all applicable laws and regulations, creating honest ads, and advertising in a safe and respectful manner. Our policies require compliance with the law, but are not intended to be legal advice.
In addition to the Scrooge Ad requirements, advertisers must abide by the Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, and all of our Help Center policies governing the use of our services posted in the Documents section of the network. Please take a moment to review them by clicking here.
Ads Requirements
Before activating your server Scrooge Ad, make sure you have the following information at hand:
you may need to attach licenses, permits or certifications to advertise the type of product or service in the applicable jurisdiction. Make sure these documents are valid and up to date as of the date of application,
the URL (or URLs, although we do not recommend adding multiple URLs in your ad) must be active, accurately reflect the content you are advertising, and comply with Scrooge Ad's Advertising Policies,
for products or services that require licenses, permits or certifications, you will need to specify the country or countries in which you intend to publish your ads, in all other cases the choice of the destination country is at your discretion (in the absence of a destination country the coverage of your ad will be global).
Approval process
The review of the ad (banner) will take up to one business day, in more complex situations, the process may take longer, in this last case you will be contacted by the Scrooge Ad Team via email.
Request an appeal
If for any reason you are not approved, you will have the opportunity to appeal by opening a ticket through the platform "https://www.scrooge.wtf/doc/submit-ticket", advertising section (or by clicking here). You can submit additional documentation or information to confirm the requested pre-authorization status.
