File an appeal to scrooge

All those affected by the decisions adopted by the Scrooge Social Team, in application of the rules of conduct of the Scrooge social network, may submit a simple appeal.

To submit an appeal against the decisions of Scrooge, one of the following two procedures is possible:

  1. open a ticket by selecting the "Appeal, complaints" section, in which case it is necessary to provide in the ticket, the essential references of the decision adopted by Scrooge, providing valid reasons that may lead to a different decision, or
  2. reopen the ticket in question that reports the decision adopted by Scrooge and provide the documentary and informative elements that may lead to a different decision, , via the tiket platform, from your reserved area.

 

All information relating to the decisions of the Scrooge Social Team will be kept for six months and made accessible to the interested parties who have the right to choose any extrajudicial dispute resolution body or join the ordinary justice system.
