Social application sApp

What is a sApp: the Social Scrooge protocol implements the possibility of installing social applications in your social spaces, created on scrooge.social. These are application modules that play the role of real social applications within their own social spaces that any user can install and use. Hence the name social Application and therefore the acronym sApp.

What functions are foreseen by the sApps: it is difficult to predict all the functions that will be implemented with the sApps, however we can refer to the applications already developed and ready for use such as Questions and Answers, Files, Linklist, Tasks, External Calendar, Share content, Custom pages, Wiki, Calendar, Polls, Gallery, many others are coming and others in development.

sApps require additional costs: given that the main support of the Social Scrooge protocol is the Scrooge WTF token ($SCROOGE), for the majority of sApps there are no additional costs, therefore remaining free such as the activation of accounts and the creation of social spaces, however, we foresee the addition of sApps which provide a sustainable additional cost in both fiat and crypto such as space shopping, account verification and others that we will announce in the dedicated social space (scrooge-premium).

How we can inform ourselves about the developments of the protocol and the sApps: by following our social spaces on scrooge but also on other social networks we will release related information.

There are privileges for holders of the $SCROOGE token in the social network: for the moment there is no difference in privilege between holders of the Scrooge WTF token and non-holders beyond the possibility of making payments in the protocol with the same $SCROOGE token.
