Code conduct

 

Social media, both inside and outside a Group, has transformed the way we interact. Online collaboration allows people to share knowledge and ideas regardless of rank, title or experience.

For us at Social Scrooge protocol it's a way to take part in conversations about the work we do and showcase our expertise in these areas. While this digital interaction offers tremendous benefits, it also comes with some risks and responsibilities. Consequently, we invite all users of the scrooge.social community to respect this code of conduct developed in 7 requirements requested of our users, of the Social Scrooge protocol,

to ensure your interactions are safe, positive and truly representative of your brand, intellect, digital personality, real personality.

 

Requirements:

1. Don't share other people's information.

Never share information about customers, friends, family, acquaintances that is not in the public domain (for example already in a press release), including the names of customers, employees, family, friends, acquaintances, commercial information relating to the activities of a customer or anything else that could be used to identify a customer without express written permission.

Only share information that is already in the public domain

Always protect the confidential and proprietary information of others.

This is a contractual and legal requirement; violations are subject to significant fines and the possibility of criminal prosecution.

 

2. Know the rules.

You are responsible for what you post.

Read, understand and follow this code, Social Scrooge's Data Protection Policy, pay attention to information security.

 

3. Be confident.

Use a strong password, update it regularly, and never share your login information with anyone.

Never post images of your computer screen, with sensitive data, passwords, passes, keys or other identifiable security features.

 

4. Respect copyright law.

Images, videos, copies and other content owned by others must not be used for your benefit without owning the rights to do so.

Do not post links to other websites, posts or pages without first verifying that the content is legal.

 

5. Be respectful.

Never post material that is obscene, racist, sexist, pornographic, sexually exploitative or otherwise discriminatory, threatening or harassing, personally offensive, defamatory or unlawful.

 

6. Be constructive.

Use scrooge.social to build relationships and share insights, to unleash your inventiveness, your creativity,

definitely engage in a healthy debate, but always respect the opinions of others, especially on topics of race, religion, politics and gender.

 

7. Think before you post.

However informal, content published online is forever shareable and searchable; even private posts can be copied and shared, potentially ending up in international media.

Always assume that any personal activity on social media can be linked by someone to your professional profile, as well as to other people such as your employer.
